It’s time to get those beanies and scarves out.
Winter is here and it’s about to get very cold, very quickly.
With days already getting shorter, the icy nip of a frosty morning will wake Wagga residents for the next few days, making it hard to deny winter has set in.
After a top of 12 degrees on the cards today, the next few mornings are expected to reach lows in the negatives.
May proved to have it’s fair share of ups and downs, with a lowest minimum of 0.9 (May 15) and highest maximum of 24.3 (May 3).
Wagga received 25.4mm of rain for the month, about half the average May rainfall of 52.1mm.
