WAGGA man Ray Troy McGill has been ordered to perform 60 hours of community service for supplying a small amount of cannabis.
The 38-year-old Mount Austin man spent 15 months behind bars after being convicted of ongoing supply of a prohibited drug in 2002 and his return to Wagga Local Court on another, but lesser, supply charge disappointed magistrate Erin Kennedy.
“You are not new to this,” said Ms Kennedy.
“I know I should not have done it,” said McGill.
