COOTAMUNDRA and Waratahs will honour Nicholas Tooth in an Anzac tribute match at Country Club Ovals on Friday.
Booth lost his life after suffering a head clash while playing for Quirindi and both teams will wear black bands for the game.
Cootamundra have also organised for the last post to played to commemorate the special weekend.
Waratahs have made one change for the clash, with Matt Shortis replacing Tim Coulter at inside centre.
Coulter injured his shoulder in the ‘Tahs win over Young on Saturday, but is expected to be fit after the general bye.
Waratahs coach Will Mitchell is looking for his team to build on its performance from last week against Young following a horror game against Albury to start the season.
“We are just trying to build on last week and looking forward to some dry weather footy in Coota,” Mitchell said.
Former Waratahs coach Hugh Palmer is also back for the game, but will start back in second grade.
