TURVEY Park has appointed Stephen Carroll to coach their under 17 team next season.
The Bulldogs are not fielding an under 17 team this season but have made a positive move towards getting back on the paddock with the appointment of Carroll, a well-respected coach.
Carroll has been senior coach of Collingullie-Ashmont-Kapooka, Marrar and most recently, Lockhart.
He is a six-time senior premiership player and coached CAK to the premiership in 2003.
He is currently coaching Turvey Park’s under 15 team in the Wagga and District junior competition.
Turvey Park officials said they are thrilled with the appointment and look forward to getting the club’s under 17 team back up and running.
