Tasks cut surplus
WAGGA City Council (WWCC) is down on its expected surplus, according to its latest financials.
The full year’s $493,000 surplus for February reflects a decrease in the forecast surplus of $501,000 due to a number of budget variations relating to four projects.
Of its approved budget, WWCC’s operating income is just three percent above its operating expenditure, while its capital income is 18 per cent above its capital income.
