Diary of a World War I Digger
Tuesday, 6th April, 1915
I felt worse today than yesterday. I don’t know what to make of it. The doctor is striking all sick men off the strength of the Batt. so I will not go to him unless it feels worse tomorrow.
Had a walk about on the boat deck with Hobart this afternoon and felt a lot better afterwards. The hold is getting pretty damp as the water is continually getting through the portholes.
The Coy’s had, all of them, full marching order parades again today. We are to land in boats under the supervision of naval men of the British Fleet. Went to be early.
