WAGGA City Council will expand its general manager's performance review committee.
Councillors resolved to extend membership from two to five members, plus the mayor and deputy mayor of the time.
It follows concerns over how membership would change under a leadership change.
Councillors Yvonne Braid, Gary Hiscock, Andrew Negline, Greg Conkey and Paul Funnell, in addition to the mayor and deputy mayor of the time, will sit on the committee.
