A WAGGA man disqualified from driving until the end of 2030 faces jail after being caught behind the wheel three times.
Trevor George Knight, also known as Trevor George Hartnett, is in custody and will remain behind bars at least until he is sentenced in Wagga Local Court on March 23.
Knight was refused bail on Monday.
Police caught the 32-year-old Ashmont man driving on July 24 and August 28 last year and again on February 19.
According to court documents, Knight was on a good behaviour bond at the time of the offences.
He was first disqualified from driving on July 12, 2001, and subsequent offending has taken the ban out to November 29, 2030.
Police opposed bail for Knight, arguing that if he was free the risks to the community were too high.
