BIANCA McKenzie will have her first haircut in 365 days.
The Farmers Home employee will go under the clippers next month for the second year as part of the World's Greatest Shave.
Ms McKenzie was working behind the bar with green hair when a woman asked her if it was dyed especially for the fund-raiser.
"I said no, but I was willing to shave it," she said.
Ms McKenzie gave her $10 and her fund-raising venture was kick-started, raising $400 for the foundation in four days.
Venue manager Stuart MacAskill will also shave down this year, while an additional three staff will follow suit if they hit $5000.
A total of 142 Wagga people have raised $71,145 for the Leukaemia Foundation in the last five years.
All money funds research and provides emotional and practical support to families.
The Farmers Home Heroes Shave is a family-friendly event from 3pm on March 14.
