THE Baptist Church's Christmas wrapping fundraising campaign has raised almost $8000 to be shared between three charities.
Wagga Baptist Church Senior Pastor David Strong said he was delighted to present cheques to representatives from Baptist Care, Sisters Housing Wagga women's refuge and Wagga Inter Church's Christian education team.
"Wagga Baptist Church would like to thank the Marketplace for supplying the materials and providing the church with the opportunity to support local organisations and charities," Pastor Strong said."
(The church is) looking forward to wrapping again for Christmas 2015."
Dedicated volunteers Belinda Austin and Moreen Mann helped drive the wrapping station to raise the $7859.
