
LEETON police are appealing for information following a break-in at the Yanco General Store on Friday morning.
Police have alleged a 16-year-old boy and another person entered the store at 12.40am on February 20, smashing a window to gain entry.
Cash and other goods were stolen.
The 16-year-old was found a short time later, arrested and charged with possessing items suspected of being stolen.
He is currently on bail and was bailed again at Narrandera Children's Court and will face Leeton Local Court in April.
Police are seeking additional information about the second offender with residents asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
