The Wagga girls were knocked out by eventual champions Wellington Public last week before recovering to finish third.
They made 8-86 in the semi-final before Wellington passed the total just the one wicket down.
Wellington also won the final by nine wickets.
NSW representative Perri Nash led the way.
Nash heads to Western Australia this week as part of the NSW PSSA team.
