Eden were in control at 2-70 before a couple of crucial run outs helped turn the tide at Mark Taylor Oval.
Good efforts in the field from Jai Brooks and Patrick Bryant plus three wickets from Jack Matheson saw the visitors bowled out for 94.
Lake Albert were only 2-37 at drinks, needing a further 58 from the remaining 12 overs, before Beau Edmunds put his foot down.
He blasted 40 before retiring and was backed up by Alex Weightman’s 19.
Lincoln Lauder and Ned Woodhouse both finished unbeaten on 10 to see the side home with more than four overs to spare.
Coach Mark Crittenden was pleased by how the team recovered from Eden’s strong start.
“They were a good team who got off to a fantastic start but we managed to pull it back in,” Crittenden said.
The side travels to Campbelltown for the semi-final on December 4.
