There were caravans and boats from every major brand on offer as well as fishing shows, cooking demonstrations, wine pairings, and food and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
Show manager Jeff Leech said a staggering 12,000 people visited the show over its three days, making it one of the biggest to date.
“Typically it’s your grey nomads buying caravans, but we’ve noticed this year we’re now getting people in their thirties buying them to take the family away,” Mr Leech said.
“We’re very happy with the show, and now the car dealers have all asked us if they can join in next year, so we should even have a motor show for next year, too.’”
Mr Leech said Leisurefest has secured an arrangement with the Show Society for the next 10 years, meaning Wagga’s favourite adventure roadshow won’t be going anywhere any time soon.
