First innings points were decided last week after the Blues were bowled out for 69.
Stand-in captain Jeremy Rowe didn’t hide from the horror performance with the bat.
“Last week was fairly disastrous,” Rowe said.
“We can’t really sugar coat it.
“Early wickets were taken and at times where we needed to steady and form partnerships we were unable to do so and we all take responsibility for that, especially us at the top of the order.
“It was disappointing as we feel as though we have really good batting depth.”
However Rowe is looking to move forward and try to rebuild what remains a promising season for the Blues.
They are second place and looking to limit the damage heading into finals.
“We need to take some momentum into the last round now,” Rowe said.
“While survival is key we need to make sure all the good cricket he have been playing doesn’t get lost in one week.”
Blake Harper comes in for unavailable captain Joel Robinson.
Colts resume at 6-118 looking to build on their lead and the possibility of leaping back to the top of the ladder.
