It comes as no surprise, following the 24-year-old’s big win this week.
Ms Lynch was named the best car sales representative for Jeep across Australia, two years after she joined the Wagga Motors.
The Wagga woman was one of 11 winners announced at a dealer-wide national conference and will join her fellow victors on an all-expenses-paid trip to the Greek Isles.
It is a win, Ms Lynch worked hard to earn as she sped past benchmarks, outperforming hundreds across the industry.
“I’m very happy” she said. “It’s cool.”
She said one of the biggest keys to success in the business was honesty.
“There always been a perception that dealers can’t be trusted,” Ms Lynch said. “People aren’t going to spend a lot of money on someone they don’t trust.”
She said it was also important to have a thick skin, to be well informed and to be confident in your abilities.
The 24-year-old said she was passionate about her job, she believed in the product and she cared about the buyers.
After leaving high school, Ms Lynch launched a small business in Junee. Three years on, she said she wanted a career change and turned to car sales at Wagga Motors.
Ms Lynch said she had never liked the idea of a normal job.
“I want to be successful and have a success I’m proud of,” she said. “I’m happy with where I’m at.”
