Colts are yet to lose a match this season including a last-start victory in the one-day final against South Wagga.
The Bulls suffered a 38-run loss when to two teams last met in November and captain Alex Smeeth is looking to improve on all aspects after a “all round rubbish” performance against the ladder leaders last time out.
“They touched us up a little bit earlier in the year but we feel if we can get a couple of early wickets that we can certainly be up against them,” Smeeth said.
“They have done pretty well to be where they are at the moment.”
Smeeth knows his team is travelling better now despite coming off a long break.
“We got some form before Christmas so we are pretty happy with where we are at,” he said.
Lachy Kendall is unavailable this week meaning Evan Nickell comes into the team as wicketkeeper.
Smeeth is also looking forward to getting back in the middle after a long break between matches.
He’s hoping more can be done next season to ensure more cricket is being played.
The Bulls have only completed three of their six matches this season for two wins, a loss and three draws.
