Level Two of Racing NSW’s Hot Weather Policy will be invoked at Murrumbidgee Turf Club on Friday.

Temperatures of high 30s are forecast for Wagga on Friday, prompting Racing NSW stewards to act proactively.

An extra veterinarian will be on course, while extra hoses and an ice water spraying machine will be available as a precautionary measure.

The nine-race card is set to start at 1pm.
