The Daily Advertiser has produced a much shorter 10-minute immersive trek on the city’s iconic railway.
In real time, the footage reveals the stunning landscaping and dramatic design of the Botanic Gardens, featuring the rail’s authentic station and booking office.
It follows the original three-hour long documentary, that aired this week and averaged 400,000 viewers that night.
Wagga’s version highlights the rich history and inspiring story of a much-loved Riverina attraction in an awe-inspiring way.
The Ghan-style Willans Hill Miniature Railway footage will premier on the DA Facebook page at 9pm on Wednesday, January 10.
It is anticipated to keep audiences on the edge of their carts as they wind along a 30-year-old track, snaking more than three-kilometres in total.
