Cootamundra batted first and were bowled out for 65, with Bowral passing the total in the 20th over for the loss of one wicket.
Lachy Sedgwick top scored for Cootamundra with 14, while Lachy Webb took their only wicket and finished with figures of 1-15.
Bowral openers Connor Taylor-Helme (27) and James Morton (24 not out) put on an opening partnership of 50 in the successful run chase.
It was Bowral’s third consecutive win over Cootamundra in the Bradman Letter, and their 11th in the past 12 years, taking the overall record to 28-11.
Bowral also accounted for Temora in a Twenty20 match on Tuesday, and will face Young on Thursday.
