Tony and Bronwyn Carlin, who operate Pizzazz in the South Town Walk, arrived at their store on Tuesday morning to find someone had smashed the glass panel on one of the front doors.
The Carlins are now looking at a bill of hundreds – and possibly thousands – of dollars to replace the glass.
Mr Carlin said the cost of the replacement would come from his business's bottom line, as insurance typically doesn’t cover glass breakage.
“It’s just absolutely pointless, just random violence," he said.
Mr Carlin, who has been a Wagga retailer since 1983 and operated Pizzazz for 10 years, said shops in the CBD were also frequently targeted by vandals who tagged the buildings with graffiti.
