To anyone keen to kick their weight loss goals in 2018, Chez Bulmer says it can be done.
The Wagga woman said it was teamwork and dedication that had kept her on track, running, jumping, hopping and stepping toward her fitness goals for the past 12 months.
Ms Bulmer said she had pushed to make last year’s resolution stick, losing more than 15 kilograms across the year.
Adjusting her diet and exercising five days a week, she said her life had changed for the better. Ms Bulmer said her progress had been gradual but she was determined to be in a bikini before 2019.
“Slow and steady wins the race,” Ms Bulmer said. “If I can get to at least 70 kilograms or under, I’ll be happy.”
Ms Bulmer urged fellow resolution-makers to stick to their guns, no matter what challenges they faced in 2018.
“Try and stick with it as best as you can,” she said. “You have bad and good days but it is about changing your life for the better.”
