The Eagles have signed Canberra key forward Josh Bennett as their new assistant coach, while also securing talented midfielders Blake and Matt Renet from Ainslie.
Bennett joins Narrandera from Canberra Demons in the North Eastern Australian Football League (NEAFL), where he was the club's forward line coach.
He was restritcted to eight games this year due to a knee injury but booted 88 goals in 2013 and 51 in 2015.
Bennett spent 2016 with Frankston Dolphins in the VFL, while he also represented the NEAFL on a number of occasions.
After failing to win a game this year, Narrandera coach Jarred Lane was thrilled to welcome the three Canberra recruits on board.
"It's obviously pretty exciting," Lane said.
"Just to get a few older, mature bodies that have played some really good senior football before, it's what we needed.
"It's pretty much what we targeted, some mature bodies from a good standard of footy."
The Renet brothers will add some speed and size to Narrandera's midfield, while Bennett will be the general in attack.
Lane is particularly impressed with the leadership Bennett brings.
"Just his on-field leadership is what I'm most looking forward to with him," Lane said.
"His on field results speak for itself and are obviously pretty impressive. But it's pretty exciting to have the leadership side of and have him helping me with the coaching side of things."
It continues a strong start to the off-season for Narrandera after welcoming young speedster Shaun Light back from Coleambally.
The Eagles have kept losses to a minimum and have already begun pre-season training.
Narrandera official Jamie Grintell said the signings were exactly what the club needed.
"It's a coup for the club and has taken a lot of hard work," Grintell said.
"With a few other clubs having a lot of player departures, it's good for us, getting a couple along with the minimum losses we've had."
