Students – and their teachers – were able to access results from 6am.
Wagga Christian College student Hannah-Grace Spreitzer achieved first in course for HSC Music 1.
Hannah-Grace is a student at the Riverina Conservatorium of Music.
Principal of the Mater Dei Catholic College Val Thomas said she was online at 6.02am to see how her school’s HSC students had fared.
Ms Thomas was pleased with the results, and pointed to two students’ performances in particular, although she praised all of the students for their efforts.
Daniel O’Reilly scored 99 per cent in extension maths, while Lana Duffy got 98% in advanced English.
Paul Humble, the principal of the Riverina Anglican College, said students had received some excellent results.
The ATAR scores, which students planning to attend university will need, are to be released on Friday.
