Drew Murray, 24, was last seen in the Melbourne suburb of Hallam about 10am on Tuesday.
It is believed he was driving from Melbourne to Sydney and had been due to stay in Tarcutta, near Wagga, on Tuesday.
He failed to make contact with his boss and it is unknown if he reached Tarcutta.
His disappearance is out of character.
He is driving a 2008 Toyota HiLux.
