Wagga are undefeated in the competition after a win over Yass in round one while they received a forfeit in round two against Temora.
Cootamundra opened their campaign with a solid six-wicket win over Gundagai/ Tumut, before a four-wicket loss to Yass.
The home side will be missing star batsman Matt Berkrey who will be representing the Wagga Sloggers in the regional Big Bash semi-final on the SCG.
Berkrey was the linchpin in Cootamundra’s competitive score of 184 against Yass where he top scored with 82.
Jack Caldwell, 17, makes a welcome return and he will certainly boost the Cootamundra batting line up.
Cootamundra side: Dean Bradley (captain), David Garness, Luke Berkrey, Darren Connell, Ryan Connell, Jack Caldwell, John Stephens, Mark Elia, Tom Grace, Ray James, Mick Cronin and Joel Pearson.
