Vanessa Marie Small failed to attend Wagga Local Court last week where she was expected to be sentenced after she was caught driving without a licence twice in one day, just five minutes apart.
The 34-year-old has pleaded guilty to three counts of driving without a licence, driving without her lights and failing to stop a vehicle when directed to do so.
Small was caught driving without a licence or lights on Lake Albert Road between 1.30am and 3am on August 4.
Five days later she was spotted driving outside her children’s school as police requested she walk home.
Less than five minutes later she was again found behind the wheel, refusing to pull over and narrowly avoiding a collision at a roundabout with four children in the vehicle.
Small must attend on the next occasion, otherwise the case can be dealt with in her absence or a warrant can be issued.
