Riverina and Farrer League clubs believe merits of salary cap will take time to determine

‘IF the cap fits, wear it,’ the old saying goes. Well, Riverina and Farrer League clubs will be doing the reverse next season. They’ll try on a $100,000 salary cap, fully aware it will take some time to work out if it fits.
