Kooringal’s Joshua Ronald Rhodes was refused bail in Wagga Local Court on Thursday.
The 25-year-old is facing six charges – including possession of a graffiti implement with intent to contravene, intentionally damaging property and possession of a prohibited drug.
He is also charged with possessing equipment to administer a prohibited drug, behaving in an offensive manner and using offensive language.
Rhodes will return to court on December 6, via video link.
