The Murrumbidgee Local Health District is conducting a survey on whether the name should be Wagga Base Hospital, Wagga Rural Referral Hospital or Wagga Hospital.
The survey is available online via Survey Monkey, the MLHD website and Facebook.
Hard copies are available at hospital reception, the Hospital Auxiliary Op Shop and some Wagga pharmacies.
