Local Wagga GP Dr Tim Caton has a special interest in skin cancer and skin care.
This passion and interest has fuelled the innovative ideas and technology, and patient care that are hallmarks of both Caton Medical and Complete Skin.
Tim’s commitment to work between Caton Medical and Complete Skin has paid off with him winning the Business Leader Award at this year’s Golden Crow Awards.
“Caton Medical and Complete Skin are now well established in the local market and we credit that to our commitment to both the community and our patients,” Tim said.
The team – Ashlee Rainbird (reception), Kirsty Fordham (RN – Caton Medical), Renee Pascall (practice manager), Ruth Gorman (RN) and Tracey Willis (RN) (aesthetic nurses) and Leah Edyvean (beauty therapy) – makes the businesses work and they all bring a wealth of experience in their fields of medicine, beauty and cosmetic medicine to the clinics.
Tim said Complete Skin and Caton Medical have invested in the latest technology to offer clients the very best in skin care options and skin cancer treatment.

“The sooner you get treatment if a mole or your skin has changed, the better it will be for everyone.”
Tim invested in the Dermoscan X2 (only the third of its type in Australia) as he came to understand through his work with the Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust that Riverina residents need access to affordable, high quality, whole body photography for mole monitoring.
Tim said the team at Complete Skin, which is the first purpose-built, locally owned and medically backed specialised skin clinic, have gone “above and beyond” to secure its place as a leading clinic when it comes to aesthetic services in the Riverina.
“Our clients know that a local doctor is on hand to assist the beauty therapists and nurses in treating clients, and that’s what sets us apart,” he said.
Complete Skin and Caton Medical are located in adjacent clinics at the Docker Medical building on the corner of Docker and Chaston Streets.
