Their signature drink, a deconstructed hickory smoked hot chocolate is a feast for the senses.
You’ll feel as if you’ve been transported to a campsite when you lift the glass to release the hickory smoke.
After pouring your hot chocolate into the glass you can add more melted chocolate to suit your taste before stirring it through using the “Charlie’s” toasted marshmallow.
This drink is just one of the unique elements which makes Charlie's a must-see destination.

“We wanted to create a complete experience that is unique to Wagga,” Mr Chambeyron said.
“We hope it can be a destination point and bring people to Wagga.”
The unique elements are sure to attract people from all around the Riverina but the couple want to take their business even further, they hope they can attract people from right around the country.
“We want people to be saying “have you ever been to Charlie’s?,” Mr Chambeyron said.
