A man has faced court in relation to serious sexual offences allegedly committed against a five-year-old child at Wagga.

The accused appeared in Wagga Local Court via video link for mention on Monday after facing court at the weekend.
The man, aged in his 20s, did not apply for bail on either occasion.
The man is charged with four counts relating to the alleged incident on November 3.
A further two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 have been withdrawn.
The man is charged with two counts of inciting a five-year-old to commit an indecent act and two counts of sexual intercourse with a five-year-old child.
The assaults are alleged to have occurred between midnight and 2am.
A brief of evidence will be served on the accused’s solicitors by December 18.
The case will return to court on January 10 next year.
No pleas have been entered.
