Anthony Bethune, 46, appeared in Wagga Local Court this week – facing 11 charges relating to the incident at Tom Street on October 15 and 16.
Bethune is yet to enter pleas for any of the charges, including dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime and resisting police.
He is also charged with contravening a restriction in an order, intimidation with intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm, two counts of possession of an unauthorised firearm, one of possession of prohibited drug, two counts of possession of an unregistered firearm and two counts of not keeping a firearm safely.
The case has now been moved to Goulburn Local Court on November 29.
