At the top of the innings, Rowe scored an unbeaten 75 to help defeat Wagga RSL by nine wickets at Geoff Lawson Oval on Saturday.
It was enough to see the Blues through to the last weekend of the competition where they will play Wagga City.
Rowe was pleased with how they responded after a loss to start the season.
“It was terrific,” Rowe said.
“Obviously we needed to bounce after not quite getting the job done last week and we were pretty happy.
“The game went for 34 overs and I didn’t think we lost two many.
South Wagga restricted Wagga RSL, who were big winners last week, to 3-128 from their 20 overs.
Captain Jimmy Richards top scored with 37 while Joe Kenny made 33.
It wasn’t ebough as Rowe fired early and has well support by Brayden Ambler (29) and Marc Sheppard (29 not out).
