In-form Sydney apprentice jockey Rachel King, who won this year’s Wagga Gold Cup, has been booked to ride Willy White Socks, should he gain a start.
She will ride all three of Sutherland’s horses at Randwick on Saturday and Sutherland is looking forward to the big day out.
Gentleman Max has drawn the outside gate in the $300,000 TAB Anniversary Highway (1400m), while Hangin’ With Willy drew nicely in gate four in the $100,000 The Star Mile (1600m).
Gentleman Max is a $71 chance with TAB, while Hangin’ With Willy is rated a $151 shot.
