The votes have been counted and three new sets of playground equipment have been selected for parks in the city.
Wagga City Council launched an online campaign to give residents a say on revamps of the equipment on three of the city’s parks.
New playgrounds are being built in Crisp Drive, Ashmont, Horsley Street, Kooringal, and Vestey Street in central Wagga.
A total of 237 votes were received and the final designs have been selected, one of the highest responses the council has received.
A council spokeswoman said voting on Vestey Street was close, while the voters had firm ideas on the best playground for Crisp Drive and Horsley Street.
Installation dates have not yet been set.
