Police say the water business was broken into before thieves made off with a cutting implement, believed to be a saw. At Lake Illabo, a socket set, screwdriver set and ratchet set were stolen from a ute.
Two Junee Council sheds were broken into, while a ute parked in a Seignior Street motel had its locks forced. Some 118 items were seized by police from two Junee houses on Tuesday.
Police have interviewed some residents however charges have yet to be laid.
“We have a lot of tools that have been seized which we need to sort through and hopefully return them to their rightful owners,” Wagga Inspector Robert Vergano said.
