In a literal trail of destruction, witnesses say cars parked in driveways and streets in Forest Hill were targeted by teenagers in a seemingly random attack over a five hour period on Saturday night.
Residents in the areas affected took to social media with swift rage over the attacks and calling for those responsible to be caught and dealt with.
Police have launched an investigation and increased their patrols following the attacks, which they say took some residents by surprise hours after the attack had taken place.
“That damage trail has gone from Ashmont all the way to Forest Hill,” Police Inspector Robert Vergano said.
“Police are seeking anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or contact Wagga Local Area Command.”
