Lansdown, 67, has been putting in additional training sessions with young Royals talents Zoe Wild and Kalee Gibbons and says she has greatly benefited from training with her young counterparts.
“It’s been magic,” she said.
“I've been able to learn a lot from them.
“The younger ones are coming through with specific turf skills, which is not how it was when I started.”
Lansdown plans to fight tooth-and-nail to defend her national over 65s title, but said the highlight of the Masters would be the camaraderie that comes with it.
“All the NSW girls really enjoy coming together across the age groups and supporting each other,” she said.
The Wagga local said she was also excited to line-up alongside former Rosellas player Corrie Ellis.
The competition runs from September 29 to October 7.
