A Kooringal man facing multiple fraud charges, accused of stealing a credit card and going on a spending spree, has pleaded not guilty.

Alex Steven Bartholomew, entered a not guilty plea to all nine charges via his solicitor in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.
Accusations include that the 19-year-old stole a credit card from a Kooringal residence sometime between 12pm on April 1 and 8pm on April 2.
It is alleged Bartholomew then used the stolen card for five trips to the Kooringal McDonald’s, racking up a $74.60 bill.
Police allege the Kooringal man also used the card to buy a packet of cigarettes from Woolworths at Kooringal.
He will now defend six counts of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception, one count of breaking and entering, one count of unlawfully obtained goods and one count of receiving and disposing of stolen property.
He will next face court on October 25, via video link.
