They will tackle a Group 20 Indigenous team as one of the curtain-raisers to the Samoa and Country clash at Equex Centre on October 13.
After winning the first five of the All Stars games, before a draw this season, it is an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of a wider audience.
Ben Jeffery is again leading the team.
However he’s yet to finalise his squad and is looking to wait until after the Koori Knockout.
“(We’ve) got a rough team, but I need to see how everyone pulls up from the knockout in a couple of weeks,” Jeffery said.
However Group 20 have already organised their team for the clash as well as two training runs in the lead up.
After guiding Griffith Black and Whites to the premiership on Sunday, Craig Morriss will coach the team.
There are five members from that team in the squad.
Tullibigeal Lakes United, who were knocked out in the preliminary final, led the way with seven players in the 18-man team.
While former Albury mentor Josh Cale is the Country coach there are no Riverina representatives in the under 23s team.
However the curtain-raisers will give plenty of local interest for the warm-up to the Rugby League World Cup.
