Personalised and friendly service is setting Clayden Hearing apart.
The family owned and operated business was established in March 2016 and has been going from strength to strength.
Husband and wife team Brad and Kerri Clayden are the backbone of the business and have been joined by their three girls Kiralee (audiometrist) Dimity (admin) and Grace (admin).
Brad has been a hearing practitioner in Wagga for more than 16 years and caters for clients with a diverse range of needs.
The difference at Clayden Hearing is obvious with customers put first and no particular brand to push sales of.

“We want to bring that customer service back, where we take the time to get to know our clients and they can also rely on the fact that they will see Brad for appointments,” Kerri said.
“We provide a full service to our clients, we care, we talk to them and give them the time they need for their appointments.”
While working as a family comes with challenges the ability to work together more than makes up for it.
“We know our strengths and weaknesses and work together to build each other up,” Kerri said.
Looking to the future the family hopes to see Clayden Hearing grow but not to the detriment of their customer service.
“We will always remain true to our values of client directed care and that they will always receive the care and attention they need,” Kerri said.
