We’re set to experience the hottest days of the month yet with cold fronts down south pushing warmth into NSW ahead of troughs.
The Bureau of Meteorology predicts temperatures will steadily climb through the week, with a maximum of 25 forecast for Thursday and 26 for Friday before Saturday’s balmy 28.
Tomorrow will see the end of the week’s early-morning frosts with a modest maximum of 18 degrees and minimum of 1.
Light winds and partial cloud cover will accompany the climbing temperatures with next to no chance of rain before a temperature drop and possible brief showers on Sunday and Monday.
It’s just a few degrees shy of the September hottest temperature record of 31.8 degrees, set way back in 1965.
