When it comes to Ganmain not everyone knows where it is but almost everyone knows about the pies.
A giant Ganmain pie is set to be made as part of Ganmain’s 125 year celebrations.
The town will host an impressive street parade which will feature a “monster Ganmain pie.”
Advance Ganmain Committee chairman Guy Purcell said the group is working hard to organise a weekend-long celebration.
“We have a team working on creating a Ganmain pie float for the street parade,” he said.
The parade is set to be a spectacle similar to that of the centenary celebrations.

“It’s terrific that we’ve got great support from the younger ones in the community.”
