The Kyeamba Kennel and Training Club held obedience and rally-o trials over Saturday and Sunday, with competitors travelling from around the state to be a part of two big days.
“A lot of people think dog sports are for pure bred dogs only, but all dogs are welcome,” Andrea Robinson, trial manager said.
Ms Robinson has been involved in the sport since she was five, and took to the ring with her six-month old hungarian vizsla, Lexi.
Whether a novice, advanced, excellent or master, the competition has a challenge for man’s best friend whether they sit on command or take a little more convincing.
Raegan Petzel from Wagga entered with her rescue dog Zipper.
“I started puppy training here and just really enjoyed it so became a member,” she said.
The club has been running for over 30 years.
