The Two Blues took out a tight A Reserve Grade decider against the Jets, getting home on the back of a big fourth quarter.
The teams went into the final term all tied up at 25-apiece but Barellan, led by Renae Rawle in attack, powered to a 37-33 win.
Barellan had led by a point at the first two changes. Rawle was named best-on-court.
The Jets had been hoping for a double on grand final day, after taking out the B Grade title.
