Peter Yealland – otherwise known as Peter Hooper – has pleaded not guilty to knowingly participating in criminal activities with a criminal group and making a menacing demand for $15,000 for another man. The 45-year-old Junee man will again face court on October 11.
Logan Phegan, 19, of Glenfield Park, appeared in court on Wednesday, having pleaded guilty to four counts of supplying a small quantity of prohibited drugs. She was arrested on March 8 by police attached to anti-gangs group Strike Force Raptor. A sentence is expected when she fronts Wagga Local Court again on November 6.
Damien Leslie Brian Carthew, 42, who police have allegedly identified as an associate of outlaw motorcycle gang the Finks, will also appear on November 6. The Coolamon man has pleaded guilty to cultivating seven cannabis plants, possession of a prohibited drug and handling explosives without a licence.
