Marriage Law postal survey arrives in Wagga | Poll

The same-sex marriage postal survey has arrived in Wagga and The Daily Advertiser wants to know how you will be voting.

Be sure to check your mailbox, as residents across the city should have received a letter from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

The survey form contains simple “yes” or “no” checkboxes to the question:

“Should the law be changed to allow same-sex couples to marry”?

The $122 million postal survey was given the High Court’s green light last week and letters were sent three-days later on September 13.

The official deadline for collection is Tuesday, November 7 at 6pm, but residents are urged to have their response in the mail before October 27.
