Mardi Walker of the Riverina Perinatal Mental Health Initiative will be a one of the guest speakers are part of the on the Country Lifestyle program at Henty on Tuesday at 12.40pm.
Separately, on Friday, Professor Bryanne Barnett, who is a child and family psychiatrist, and Michelle Haling, a clinical nurse consultant, mental health nurse and midwife, will speak at the Wagga Commercial Club from 6.30pm.
“Within the Riverina, perinatal mental health has been an area of mental health that has had little resources, funding or education for clinicians or the public,” Mrs Walker said.
